Repeat the process for the guest account if you activated it as well. Check 'account active' to verify the status of the account. Verify that the account is activated by running net user administrator from the command line prompt. Check the spelling and that you are in an elevated command prompt interface if you get error messages. You should see Administrator listed as one of the accounts. Alternatively, hold down the Shift-key and the Ctrl-key before you start cmd.exe. This should open the start menu or bring you to the Start Screen interface depending on how Windows 10 is configured on the system.
